Purpose / Objectives Research
Biosafety measures 1. Calli will be grown and any transfers will be made in the Biosafety Cabinet of the Molecular Genetics Laboratory in Plant Pathology.
2. After experiments any unused tissues or used media will be autoclaved before discarding.
3. No attempts will be made at IRRI to regenerate calli back into plants.
