Purpose / Objectives To determine the efficacy of transgenic Bt corn hybrids in controlling O. furnacalis using IRRI’s containment facility
Biosafety measures 1. All experimental materials, including plants, plant parts, seeds and growing medium will be autoclaved and/ or incinerated at the termination of the experiment.
2. The chamber where the materials were grown will be decontaminated, following standard protocols in the CL4 facility.
