|Purpose / Objectives||To analyze the rice mapping populations by RFLP using probe DNAs derived from rice in order to map rice blast resistance genes and various QLT.|
|Biosafety measures||1. The bacterial isolates will be handled using standard microbial techniques.
2. All materials coming in contact with living cells will be autoclaved before disposal.
3. All experiments beyond isolation of plasmid DNA from each clone will be accomplished in vitro with naked DNAs.
