Conditions for Approval 1. Verification and assurance of the UPLB- IBC that the BL2 Screenhouse is adequate and will be ready for use, two months after the start of the experiment in the P2 laboratory. The results of the UPLB-IBC inspection of the BL2 Screen house should be submitted to the NCBP;
2. Source of the plantlets
3. Provide for sticky mat at the entrance of the P2 laboratory
4. Modify the project title to include: Phase I- Papaya
5. NCBP approval is for experiments on papaya only and that said approval is contingent upon compliance by the proponent with other requirements of the Plant Quarantine Service, Bureau of Plant Industry.
